An observational study of the already approved drug zanubrutinib in the treatment of various blood cancers, to gather more data on the tolerability and safety of the therapy

Zanubrutinib is an already approved drug that can be used to treat patients with Waldenström macroglobulinemia (WM), chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), marginal zone lymphoma (MZL), or follicular lymphoma (FL). Since some of these conditions are very rare, there is not yet sufficient information on the use of this medication in clinical practice. The ARIADNE study is investigating how the treatment affects patients’ quality of life, including how often it requires inpatient care. Patients who are at least 18 years old and have one of the conditions listed above are eligible to participate in the study.

New treatment approach (drug: BGB-16673) as an adjunct to standard therapy with BTK inhibitors for various B-cell lymphomas

B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphomas (NHL) are malignant diseases of the lymphatic system for which, in certain cases, therapy with a Bruton’s tyrosine kinase inhibitor (BTK inhibitor) is a treatment option. A new mechanism of action (drug: BGB-16673) does not inhibit BTK but instead targets its destruction. The goal of the CaDAnCe-101 study is to investigate the optimal dosage, safety, and efficacy of the drug BGB-16673. Patients aged 18 and older with a variety of different NHLs are eligible to participate in the study. There must be no involvement of the central nervous system (CNS).

New Drug (Nemtabrutinib) for the Treatment of Various B-Cell Non-Hodgkin Lymphomas

B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphomas (NHL) are malignant diseases of the lymphatic system for which, in certain cases, therapy with a so-called Bruton’s tyrosine kinase inhibitor (BTK inhibitor) is a treatment option. BTK inhibitors specifically target the metabolism of cancer cells and inhibit their growth. This study is investigating the optimal dosage, safety, and efficacy of a new BTK inhibitor called nemtabrutinib (MK-1026). Women and men aged 18 and older with certain types of NHL are eligible to participate in this study, including chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL/SLL), Richter syndrome, marginal zone lymphoma (MZL), mantle cell lymphoma (MCL), follicular lymphoma (FL), and Waldenström macroglobulinemia (WM).

An observational study to collect treatment data for the long-term optimization of treatment in non-Hodgkin B-cell lymphomas

B-cell lymphomas are malignant diseases of the lymphatic system. To further improve treatment, it is important to collect treatment data in a structured manner over the long term. The goal of the RUBIN study is to collect data on treatment, quality of life, and disease progression in patients with these conditions. Patients aged 18 and older with B-cell lymphomas are eligible to participate in this study. The study does not test new medications or forms of therapy.

New Drug Candidate (ABBV-101) for the Treatment of Previously Treated B-Cell Lymphomas

Established treatments are available for B-cell lymphomas, a form of blood cancer. To improve treatment options, new drugs continue to be studied. A new active ingredient (ABBV-101) specifically targets the metabolism of malignant cells. The goal of the study is to evaluate ABBV-101 to determine the optimal dose and efficacy for lymphomas. The study is open to men and women aged 18 and older who have B-cell lymphoma and have already undergone at least three lines of treatment.
