What is this trial about?

The DALY-2 study aims to investigate whether, in patients with a relapse of an aggressive form of lymphoma (known as DLBCL), the body’s own modified immune cells (known as CAR-T cells) are more effective than chemotherapy.

Detailed description

CAR-T cells are the body's own immune cells that are genetically modified in the laboratory to specifically target and kill tumor cells. This therapy has been developed over the past 10 years and has already yielded very good results in treating a number of types of lymphoma.
